A few things that help us help you faster:
- If a report went wrong, include the video or channel link you used and roughly when you ordered. That is usually enough for us to find the job.
- For refunds, write from the email on the order, or paste the order reference. The Refund Policy covers what qualifies.
- For anything about your data, say what you want (a copy, a correction, a deletion) and we will handle it. There is very little to hold, so this is quick. See the Privacy Policy.
We read support mail every day and reply within a couple of business days, usually sooner. There is no phone queue and no ticket bot in the way.
